In-house Software options provide a suite of solutions from a fully supported Joint Integrity Management system. These cover all aspects and include process system management, joint make up, face condition, bolting selection and captures torque or tension unit used through to operator details and competency. This ensures the end client has a leak free system with a fully traceable joint integrity package that provides the starting point and history of every joint, work undertaken on it and when it was worked on. This is the ideal opportunity for new build projects to establish robust joint management from initial make up.
The company uses ‘advisor software’ to ensure tool selection and loads applied are correct every time. Each joint has its own traceable certificate in place, this is further complemented by each joint being uniquely tagged allowing a quick visual indication to the asset owner that the work has been undertaken in a professional manner.
