Clock Spring
 

Clock Spring is an economical repair alternative for pipelines. Clock Spring's patented design redefines the economics of pipeline repair, ensuring a permanent repair that is safe, economical and effective. The Clock Spring repair is comprised of 8 wraps of composite, a high-strength filler material and adhesive. Clock Spring can be used to permanently repair external blunt metal loss defects.
The Clock Spring pipe repair system is a high-strength corrosion resistant e-glass and resin composite sleeve. The composite sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around diameter of pipe. The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe to fully restore serviceability.

Snap Wrap
 

Clock Spring Snap Wrap is an economical repair alternative for pipelines operating at less than 500psi (3.45MPa). The Snap Wrap repair is comprised of multiple layers of a composite split-sleeve, the Clock Spring high-strength filler material and the Clock Spring adhesive. Clock Spring Snap Wrap can be used to permanently repair external blunt defects with a depth of less than 90% of the nominal wall thickness.
Clock Spring Snap Wrap is a high-strength corrosion resistant fiberglass and resin composite sleeve. The composite split sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters of ¾" (19mm) and larger. The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe fully restoring serviceability.

Contour
 

Clock Spring Contour is an advanced composite repair system used to provide protection from external corrosion, restoration of strength for damaged pipes or seal leaking defects. It is ideal for the repair of elbows, tees, reducers, nozzles and other pipe components. The flexible repair technique allows materials to be tailored on-site to enable repair of complex geometrical shapes commonly found in piping systems. Clock Spring Contour is designed in accordance with industry standards ISO TS 24817 and ASME PCC-2 R&T Article 4.1.

Pipe Support
 

Clock Spring Pipe Supports provides effective protection at support or hanger locations and can be applied quickly and easily - requiring no special tools. The composite sleeve forms a wear surface to protect the pipe from wear and corrosion.

Clock Spring Pipe Supports are a high strength corrosion resistant fiberglass and resin composite sleeve. The composite sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters of ¾" (19mm) and larger. The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe resulting in a laminate thickness of approximately ¼" (3mm). The full encirclement design of the support provides a wear surface and eliminates the potential for crevice corrosion at the pipe/ support interface.
