Piping Connection – Mechanical Connector
 

The LC series of mechanical Connectors facilitate the maintenance and modification requirements of oil and gas production or process facilities where welded or hot-worked options may be undesirable. Standard designs are compatible with a wide range of fluid types and flow conditions.

 The Connector assembly and components are designed in accordance with API 6H requirements, which are verified in accordance with ASME B31.3 and may be CE marked under the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC). They are designed to fit standard pipe specification (ASME B36.10 & B36.19, API 5L, etc) and fire tested to API 6 FA.

     • LC-02 – 300# RF Connector

• Size range: nominal pipe sizes 2”-24” as standard, alternative sizes available upon request.
• Pressure range: to suit ASME B16.5 150# & 300#.
• Temperature range: -50°C to 180°C as standard.
• Dual graphite seal with flanged test facility.
• Designed to be fitted to standard pipe tolerances.
• Alternative low pressure flanges available upon request.
