Job Purpose:
-
To provide support to the Senior Group Accountant – ERP with the implementation, integration and maintenance of the financial systems (ERP and other financial reporting tools). Provide first line finance support/troubleshooting for the ERP System, escalating where required within the Group finance team. This role will have a wider remit and will be required to assist with continuous improvement of our process documentation.

Main Responsibilities
- Support regions with data cleansing tasks and monitor progress.
- Coordinate finance data migration tasks.
- Create a library of D365 training materials.
- Assist with delivery of onsite training as part of the implementation rollout · System testing, both for rollout of solution and quarterly update releases.
- First point of contact for finance ERP support tickets.
- Continuous improvement of finance process/procedure.
Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities:
- To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete.
Experience / Competence / skills / knowledge
- Experience with an ERP System, D365 is an advantage.
- Management Accounting experience.
- Competent in the use of excel.
- IT Skills using Microsoft packages.

- Part qualified Accountant

- Having the ability to work in a team and communicate with all levels of staff
