We can work with your drawings, or produce our own. When working up drawings for custom pipeline fittings, we're detail-oriented: carrying out pressure/thickness and area replacement calculations, considering any requirements for branch and equipment loading and accounting for any code-specific material and testing requirements.

If required, we can conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to confirm the suitability of fittings for line stopping loads if required. (ASME VIII Div 2 part 5: plastic collapse and local failure).

We also have hydro-testing capabilities to confirm the integrity of all split tee fittings, and all fittings are produced and controlled within our industry-leading ISO 9001 Integrated Management System to ensures repeatable quality and consistency.
