As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our active USsales team. As a specialty engineering and service provider, with industry leading

Main Responsibilities
- Respond to and prepare detailed proposals for services.
- Generate comprehensive estimates and quotations based on technical and commercial input from internal stakeholders.
- Develop graphical storyboards to help illustrate STATS® technology advantage either using existing storyboards or working with the internal graphics team.
- Develop presentation collateral to help support the Sales/Business Development team.
- Maintain and update existing quote templates and pricing structures in alignment with STATS® ISO processes.
- Update internal Sales Pipeline app/CRM (customers, opportunities, quotes, sales).
- Promote sales to new and existing clients.
Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities:
- To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete.

- STATS Internal Courses – Basic Level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. However, candidates with equivalent work experience or relevant certifications will also be considered.
Experience / Competence / Skills / Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs and excellent computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication abilities.
- Previous sales support experience, including preparing quotations and proposals.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with the Pipeline and Oil & Gas Industry.
- Ability to create or amend graphics for marketing materials.
- Knowledge of ISN and pipeline industry verification systems.
