Job Purpose:
  • To support the efficient execution of multiple STATS Projects by assisting in coordinating preparatory and ongoing operations. Ensuring adherence to high standards, meeting client requirements, and optimizing resource utilization within defined timelines and budgets.

  • Clients, client contractors, 3rd party inspectors, sub-contractors

 
Main Responsibilities 
  • Assist the Project Management Team with developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
  • Track project progress, identify and escalate potential risks and issues to the Project Management Team.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and operational teams, as directed by the Project Management Team.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Assist with resource allocation and ensure project tasks are completed according to the plan, following the Project Management Team’s direction.
  • Participate in project meetings and take clear and concise notes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project quality control procedures under the supervision of the Project Management Team.
  • Perform other project management duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.

 

Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities:
  • To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete

Experience / COMPETENCE/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management support role or relevant industry experience.
  • Understanding of project management principles (familiarity with PMI framework would be a plus).
  • Experience of working and communicating with clients and vendors in the oil and gas industry.
  • Offshore experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently under supervision.
  • Adaptable and able to competently deal with changes in scope.
  • Forthcoming with ideas to improve our services and to encourage the ideas of team members.
  • Competent in Microsoft programs (Excel/Word/Office).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
