Job Purpose:
Take ownership of the Business Development plan for the allocated region, identifying and developing new product opportunities. Responsibilities include collating and building market intelligence, formulating a sales strategy, and achieving the budgeted sales targets. Additionally, create, manage, and maintain CRM data within the Sales Pipeline.

Main Responsibilities
- Conduct all business in compliance with company ethics and guidelines.
- Lead the Business Development Managers in meeting with both new and existing clients to promote STATS in the marketplace and expand the client awareness of the STATS organization and capabilities.
- Actively promote new and existing client’s STATS product range and the relative benefits compared to other products.
- Identify market gaps where STATS product range could be expanded or has an alternative use etc. and liaise with the team to exploit the gaps.
- Ensure customer RFQ’s are delegated to inside sales team.
- Drive the accuracy of the Team Sales Pipeline reporting.
- Promote the recording and collating of Sales and Marketing data with sales Pipeline.
- Meet or exceed the Sales Budget for the allocated territory.
- Demonstrate delivery against allocated and agreed targets.
- Ensure the team completes meeting reports and allocate clear, timed and measurable follow-up actions.
- Generate sales visit schedule to demonstrate planned and organized approach to enhancing relationships with new and existing clients.
Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities:
- To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years in sales within oil and gas, with at least 3-5 in a sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations.
- Experience with pipeline isolation products and services, including hot tap / line stop and/or STATS’ BISEP, Remote Tecno plug.
Experience / Competence / Skills / Knowledge
- Degree qualified in engineering or relevant business area. Work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in recruiting, developing and retaining top sales professionals.
- Experience developing and implementing a repeatable sales process.
Personal Qualities
- Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of success in the US energy market, including oil and gas pipeline sales roles.
- Engaging, trustworthy and open Sales Leadership.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
