Corporate Responsibility

Our Values

Our business runs on four core values: Teamwork, Respect, Delivery and Innovation. They guide how we design equipment, how we run projects on client sites, and how we treat the people and communities around our operations – whether that's an onshore facility or a subsea worksite.

Safety First

Safety is not negotiable at STATS Group. We've adopted the IOGP Life-Saving Rules, the energy industry's standardised set of guidelines for protecting workers, and we run ISO-accredited quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) management systems across our operations. Our commitment to QHSE extends to contractors and visitors on our sites, and to the communities and environments near our work.

Compliance and Business Integrity

Compliance at STATS Group is the responsibility of everyone connected to our business.

  • Anti-bribery and corruption: we take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in our business, backed by our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy and Gifts & Hospitality Policy.
  • Competition and anti-trust: we compete on the merits of our engineering, not through anti-competitive agreements or conduct, and we comply fully with competition law in every market in which we operate.
  • Applicable law: we comply with all applicable laws at all times, including those relating to tax, sanctions and anti-money laundering. We take a zero-tolerance approach to the criminal facilitation of tax evasion, backed by our Anti-Facilitation of Tax Evasion Policy.
  • Confidentiality: we protect our own proprietary knowledge and information, and treat information shared with us by our customers and business partners in the same way.

These standards, and the conduct we expect from every one of our employees, suppliers and business partners, are set out in full in the STATS Group Code of Conduct.
