Newmachar United FC’s under-13s squad have started the football season on a high after tying up a sponsorship deal with STATS Group.
Following a successful last season in the Northern District League, the squad have kicked off their C Division campaign and are on the lookout to add players to the squad.
The Newmachar team are coached by Pawel Gorczynski and Scott Garner who is business development manager at Kintore based STATS Group.
Scott Garner said: “We have a great bunch of players who are itching to play football again after the summer break. We are grateful to the support we have received from STATS and hope to do them proud in the season ahead.”
Darran Pledger, STATS Group marketing manager, said: “As part of our social responsibility programme we support a number of north east organisations and make donations to a number of charities. We wish Newmachar United the best of luck in the coming season and look forward to watching their climb up the league table.”
