STATS Group has announced a major expansion of its North American operations with the opening of a new manufacturing facility in Rosenberg, Texas.
The 80,000 sq. ft facility will manufacture a range of pipeline fittings, including hot tap and line stop components, enabling STATS to deliver a fully integrated service offering to customers across North America.

Its existing office in Houston, Texas, will support the new facility, which marks STATS’ first dedicated manufacturing capability in the United States and represents the largest single capital project in the company’s history.
The expansion is a direct response to increasing demand from operators for shorter lead times, and products manufactured locally in the US.

The new manufacturing facility will include a fully modernized machine shop capable of producing pipeline fittings and component custom-designed to support STATS’ proprietary hot-tap and line-stop equipment – significantly reducing production lead times and improving service quality.
